Payment

I only accept payment by Paypal or bank transfer (only if in Australia).

I only take payment in USD and AUD.

Payment is sent via Paypal invoices and is expected to be paid within 3 days of issue date, unless discussed otherwise.

Payment may be split into a deposit and final payment if agreed on prior to starting.

Refunds

I do not offer refunds so please think carefully about ordering from me. I am not in a position where I can offer refunds as commissions generally help to pay for my living costs, which include rent, food, groceries and bills.

Any chargebacks in attempt to force a refund will result in a blacklist and depending on severity, likely a public notice on socials.

Wait Times

My commission wait times are varied depending on my circumstances in real life, including work, mental health, general availability, etc. I cannot give any specific time frames but I do aim to finish within 2-3 months.

Re-uploading & Crediting

I am fine for my commissioners to re-upload my art to their account or on their page, providing they credit me for the art directly either within the post or with a tag under the post. If you don’t do this, I will ask you to re-upload with appropriate credits. I always provide a watermarked image to my commissioners so it makes it easier for reupload.

Character Changes

Before I start your commission, if you want to change the character or make alterations to the character I am working on, I am happy to accommodate. I will clarify once I start if you have questioned once before, but once I have begun your commission, I do not accept character changes.

Edits Once Completed

If I miss some details or draw a marking wrong, let me know! I will fix it for you. If you are unsatisfied with the commission for whatever reason, please discuss it with me so I can rectify the issue with a new piece or changes, whatever it may be. I am very flexible and would always like you to walk away with a good experience! I am always more than happy to adjust things as needed.

Courtesy & Patience

Please be patient with me and do not harass me to complete your commission. I don’t mind if someone asks about the status of their commission, especially if I haven’t made contact within a certain time frame. But any constant harassment will not be tolerated! It's not acceptable and I'll more than happily refund you and block you from purchasing again if you harass me.

My Rights as an Artist

If I do not want to do a commission, I have the right to decline any requests. Pretty simple - sometimes I don’t like the character or just don’t feel like taking on that specific commission. It’s not personal. I do have a personal blacklist but obviously do not share it. I do not need to explain why I am declining a commission.

Reference Sheets

I only accept flat colored reference sheets. I do not accept or use shaded reference sheets or ones without a clear concise idea on markings, color, shape, etc. I generally ask for a flat color sheet and will turn down any commissions that can not provide this to me.

Things I Will and Won't Draw

things I do draw;
animals, original species, humans, anthros, landscapes, interiors of rooms, NSFW, mild fetishes (up to my discretion), licensed characters, mild gore.

things I don't draw;
extreme gore, hateful or abusive art, fetishes that make me uncomfortable, technical objects or characters, hyper realism, eye-sore characters.
